At Pearls Harbour, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exceptions:

  • In the rare case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.
